editorial rating

Exness stands out for the clarity of its pricing ladder (Standard from 0.2 pips with no commission, Pro from 0.1 pips, Zero and Raw Spread from 0.0 pips with published commission ranges) and for advertising instant withdrawals. Its regulatory structure is the main caution: Exness’s own regulation page says its FCA and CySEC entities do not offer trading services to retail clients, and its retail-serving entities are mainly in the Seychelles, Curaçao, the BVI, Belize and Mauritius, with an FSCA-licensed entity for South Africa.

What we like

  • A clear, published pricing ladder from Standard (0.2 pips, no commission) to Raw Spread (from 0 pips).
  • Instant deposits and withdrawals advertised 24/7, with 98%+ of withdrawals automatic.
  • Segregated funds and negative balance protection stated; swap-free option on Standard.

What to weigh up

  • Its FCA and CySEC entities do not serve retail clients; retail clients are mainly served by offshore entities.
  • Compensation is capped at EUR 20,000 through the Financial Commission and covers only its judgments, not insolvency or trading losses.
  • The Philippines SEC issued an advisory against Exness Global Limited in January 2026, and minimum deposits are not published on account pages.

Which entity are you joining?

Exness’s regulation page describes its global entities as regulated in non-EEA jurisdictions. A retail client of those entities is not covered by FCA or CySEC rules. Check which entity your account is opened with.

Costs and pricing

Standard accounts show spreads from 0.2 pips with no commission, Pro accounts from 0.1 pips with no commission, Zero accounts from 0 pips plus commission (from US$0.05 per side per lot, per Exness’s Pro accounts page), and Raw Spread accounts from 0 pips with commission of up to US$3.50 per side per lot. Exness’s forex page claims ‘50% lower spreads than the industry average’ on EUR/USD and GBP/USD, which is a marketing claim we could not test. Leverage is advertised as unlimited. Inspect live spreads and commissions before trading.

Platforms, tools and education

Exness supports MT4 and MT5 on desktop, mobile and web, plus its own Exness Trade app and Exness Terminal. A demo account and swap-free option on Standard accounts are listed. We could not confirm a structured academy or copy-trading service, though a blog and podcast are available.

Deposits and withdrawals

Exness advertises instant 24/7 deposits and withdrawals, with over 98% of withdrawals processed automatically, deposits and withdrawals to your own accounts only, and no Exness charge for third-party costs (deposit fees may apply to specific methods).

Regulatory record

In January 2026 the Philippines SEC issued an advisory naming Exness Global Limited and HF Markets as operating without required Philippine registration (reported by BusinessWorld, PNA and others). We found no other regulator action against Exness in the last four years.

Who it suits

A good fit: Experienced traders who value transparent pricing tiers and fast withdrawals and who understand and accept an offshore regulatory structure.

Look elsewhere if: Anyone who wants FCA, CySEC or ASIC protection as a retail client, or who needs a strong compensation scheme.
